Meet our Founder

Dr. Olubukola Dosunmu

Dr. Olubukola Dosunmu is a medical doctor who followed her passion to be an entrepreneur at a young age. With the mentorship of Goldman Sachs, the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), and other organizations, she has successfully invested the last two decades in growing and nurturing three highly competitive and profitable inclusive learning schools in Gwagwalada, Abuja.

CEO of Toddlers Haven( Early years), Junior Heights( Basic Education school) and Everest Heights Intl’ Academy ( Senior Secondary School) in Abuja; a group she has operated for almost two decades successfully. Her passion to impact the world around her and her strong belief that every child deserves to be given a chance to be educated prompted her to establish Toddlers Haven Education Foundation (THEF) in 2019 to enable her to contribute her quota toward creating better communities in Nigeria.

She has become highly skilled and proficient in curriculum content and people development with several publications and resources in her early years and primary education credited to her.

She continues to make relevant contributions to support school health and safety protocols in FCT via training and development of resources; notable was in 2014 during the Ebola epidemic scare in Nigeria and the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic

She established Toutum Support Services in 2022, a starting point in her journey to becoming a professional Quality Assurance Assessor in TVET via her role in the sector skills council for Care and Education in Nigeria. She is steadily building ‘The Thrivers’; a small tribe of SME owners successfully running businesses in her local community.

She is a content developer for education and health with Sesame Workshop, Nigeria and in the past contributed to COMPASS both USAID sponsored and other projects by Sesame-Gates, WASH, and World Vision both locally and internationally.

Currently, she sits on the Board of Trustees of the National Association of Proprietors of Private schools FCT (NAPPS) after serving as the chapter president in 2013 and on the Board of Directors of Adekunle Investment limited Nigeria.

Bukola is the council secretary for Skills Care Development Organisation (SCDO-Nigeria) and the Chapter President, Business and Professional Women (BPW) Satellite Club, Abuja

The Ahmadu Bello University-trained medical doctor is gradually devoting more time towards living a balanced life as she focuses more on nurturing a healthy mind and body wellness. She is currently leveraging her network to build her capacity to earn more passive income to secure the future. A major part of her time is devoted to mentoring teenagers and children’s teachers in her local church assembly where she serves as an ordained worker.

Dr. Bukola Dosunmu likes to speak on areas including medical issues, educational issues, parenting, teens, community development, and business growth.
